Introductory Workshops
Introduce the Hagen methodology and demonstrate why it is unique and different from anything you are currently doing.

Assessments
Hagen can assess the true potential of your business and determine the hidden opportunity that exists in the business and the amount of this opportunity that can be delivered in a short amount of time. Typically, during the assessment, our manufacturing improvement consulting team will tackle one or two of your most difficult or "impossible" problems to prove that they can be solved.

Improvement Projects
Using its patented software and Improvement Cycle methodology, Hagen consultants work with teams of people from the shop floor and management to uncover the financial opportunity in a focus area and show them how to recover much of it in the shortest possible time. When the Improvement Cycle Team has finished its initial work, they will have deployed the Hagen software and approach to ensure that performance continues to improve and past results are sustained.
