Hagen Workshops – Introducing True Opportunity™, Operational Excellence and Real Time OEE Educational Services

To implement Hagen’s unique methodology and tools, we offer workshops, classes and seminars geared towards all levels of the organization. During these sessions, Hagen will demonstrate its software, tools and methodologies to show how their use solves the most difficult manufacturing and business problems.  When implemented across a client's organization, this approach can deliver large improvements in the fastest possible time. After participating in these workshops, executives and managers will discover why their current improvement methodologies do not deliver the expected results and why they require so much time to implement.  The sessions provide an excellent introduction to Hagen’s capability to drive operational excellence and real time OEE programs.

We offer two workshops; a half-day session and a one and a half-day session, both at no charge to the customer.

Half-Day Workshop
This workshop is often used as an introduction to Hagen's Problem Solving methodology, known as Control Factor Analysis (CFA™) and the Hagen Improvement Cycle. During the session, Hagen will introduce CFA™ to your team.  A discussion is then held to contrast the two approaches and achieve realization and understanding about Hagen’s unique way of thinking and working. Following this exercise, we introduce the Hagen Improvement Cycle and discuss its capability to drive rapid improvement through an organization.

Extended Workshop
The one and a half day workshop begins with the tools covered in the half-day workshop, but also introduces True Opportunity™ software.  It reviews how these tools are used to calculate present performance and profit potential. The workshop will also discuss approaches to process or business performance improvement and time will be spent on the line or process applying some of the Hagen methodology via the True Opportunity™ software.
